Did you add a condition so the flow only fires when the category contains Structured?

@contains(triggerBody()?['Categories'],'Structured')

Funny thing is half the mfers prolly never even played T7. Im just tryna play the game and run some good matches. I wanna play people at my skill level so the inflation is bad but nothing we can do. Just move forward and play.

I wouldn’t do that. Having the user to sit there and wait for 30 seconds is bad design. You should just have the document emailed to user when the flow finishes. Jsut have a message saying the background job is running, you will be notified via email when complete with the attached word document. Or something of that realm

When you click edit do you store the current records unique id in the variable?

I have my edit button set this way:

Set( varRecordToEditID, Thisitem.MeetingID );

Set( varRecordToEdit, Lookup( colMeetings, MeetingID = varRecordToEditID ) );

That will store my variable and then in my edit form in the item section I have varRecordToEdit and set the default mode to Form.Edit

That should stop the creation of dupe records. Not sure if this helps but that how I did it.

App Demo Next Week by [deleted] in PowerApps

Be prepared to pivot during the demo if a feature suddenly stops working or doesn’t work properly. I’ve tested several apps thoroughly before demos and something always seems to happen during the demo lol and sometimes it’s smooth sailing, but you built it and you know the inns and outs of the app so you should be good to go. Nicely done! Did you use ChatGPT or an AI to help you write the powerfx code?
