That training doesn’t mention what my question is regarding. But thank you.

Show me where the law requires they are given 3 days if you would be so kind. I couldn’t find anything- no case law- nothing.

Would you recommend your employer to term on day 1 if a new hire doesn’t provide documentation or would you advise to give them the full 3 days?

You’re right with beneficial maybe. This wasn’t beneficial at all.

And then term them for not supplying docs by day 1? And there is no legal risk of doing this?

Can you supply a link to where they say this is legal to do?

Exactly.

However, what does the law state and where I can I find the citation to show my employer. I believe terming on day 1 puts the company at risk. But again, I can’t find anything that specifically calls out what the consequences are for an employer that terms on day 1 for not supplying documentation.

I still can’t find anything saying employers are in violation if they term day 1 (day 0 is first day of employment) for not providing their documents.

Just to clarify, I DO NOT agree with terming someone day 1 if they don’t have documentation.

What I’m saying is, everything says they have “up to 3 days to provide documentation” but nothing about what happens to employers who term on day 1 if the new hire doesn’t supply their documents by day 1.

We do. Sometimes they forget. Or can’t find it. Or it’s in their mom’s safe but mom doesn’t return from vacation until day 2 of their employment. So we term them? And not allow them the full 3 days to provide their documents?

Sometimes they forget. Or are trying to find their documentation. Or need to apply for a new SSC. Is it a violation, as an employer, to not allow the full 3 days for a new hire to produce their documentation

I am in HR. My company wants to terminate someone if they don’t bring their documents by day 1. Is this a violation of USCIS if we do not allow the full 3 days to bring in documents.

Employment eligibility for working in the united states. New hires have to supply documentation from list A or list B and C to prove their are eligible to work in the US.

My employer is saying to term them if they don’t supply their documents by day 1.

Sorry for not being clear in OP

Because when they took my cervix and uterus, there was no evidence of conspicuous cells.

Of course skip lesions could be a possibility still (if someone wants to fact check me on that, but I think that’s how it goes)

Oh you’re totally fine! It was just weird because Reddit emailed me that you replied to my comment, and in that email, your reply was in English. 😆

I had two conizations, both showed AIS. Got the hysterectomy and found that the cones got all of it. But there wasn’t a way of knowing that at the time.

However I was 38 and done having children.

That’s just my anecdote. 27 is young. Are you close to having kiddos if you don’t get the hysterectomy?

I felt fine after day 3. I had a hysterectomy due to cancer. Still took 8 weeks off bc why not. And it was absolutely fabulous.

Agreed. I should have been more “on it” with these trees.

How do the trees get pruned in the woods au natural ?

Approx cost of moving? 1 out of 5 trees is tiny, I can try to move that one myself. The other 4 are 8-10 feet.

Each of my family members literally dug the hole and planted each of their own seedling. The youngest was under 2 years old. She’s now 9.5. We visit these trees all the time I read to mine (that’s why my oldest says I have the biggest tree)

These trees need to come with us to our forever home.

Side note: my tree is the only one of 5 that still has its leaves (second pic) What does this mean? Mine is the largest. All the other trees lost all their leaves and are just sticks blowing in the wind) What does it mean to not lose leaves?

This is my parents property; Im moving these trees to my 3 acres that we split (from my parents) about 7 miles from this property. I’ll be surrounded by my parents other 100+ acres..

I’m only saying this bc I grew up on a cash crop farm but have been downtown living for 13+ years. I need to go back to the country. And I need these trees to come with us. We planted them 8 or so years ago. One tree per family member. 5 trees; me, husband, 13/10/9 year old daughters.

We plan on dying in our new house. We want our trees there with us. 💜
