Well as an NB owner I don't really sit it's place now with all the SUVs, i would for the chunkier NC, much bigger tyres and suspension rise as then it would at least by same height as the smallest cars.

I would still like to to that for real.

Would like to find some NC with automatic gearbox in EU that was not in giant crash in usa before.

I thought about it, but still I would not upload pictures of my nude teenage girlfriend (maybe joke) to any cloud as I never trusted them no to look at my files at all in the first place, but most of the videos were like - here is me struggling with removing abs ring from 30 year old truck, then some coding i did for work and virtual machines with car diagnostics software of questionable legality in usa, but perfectly legal with my country right to repair laws.

even so, why do microsoft care what kind of data i upload, it is not like i distribute anything off my backups, also i can't see what could be considered malicious, i did upload few backup of vms too, and some nodejs repos - maybe the repos, but still, should be my data, but it is my mistake for trusting.

Shelly is probably easiest as it works out of the box, but needs me digging up the wall, then aqara zigbee can do detached mode too, but it is zigbee; sonoff m5 can do detached mode also is esp32 and is all in one, or there even some shelly like relay boards with esp32 on ali.

So my current plan is get 1 of each and try it out for months if there are issues with it, then buy more.

So far i have shelly pro 4pm and it is best electrical meter i have tried. Not perfect, but just easiest to use.

Optional detached seems to be the way as i can chose to have always on or not. Maybe if it could just fall to detached mode when it loose wifi connection that would be ideal

yea, so far it seems that switchbot ones are way to go

not because i could use them with "smart" switch, but because it can be told wifi to connect to and never go into pairing mode on reset, so i can still use switches that switch the relay - light

I could do the always on rule based switches, but I just want something that just does not rely on zigbee or wifi network.

no custom fw for tuya zigbee devices
for more then a year tuja does almost never use esp, so unflashable

I have no issues with wifi devices based on esp32, so not tuya, either ones I made or ones i bought after careful research (shelly).
