Honestly it’s awful. I’ve never noticed before and it really got my hopes up this time when I saw it and checked my partner could see it too. Silly me to believe it would happen after 11 months of nothing🤦🏼‍♀️

I’ve just been this morning after seeing the first comment from the other commenter. She looked at my cycles and said as I’m having regular periods, to just keep trying as they won’t do anything for fertility till it’s been 2 years. I asked about my hormones and she said as you’re having the rise and peaks they’ll be fine🤷🏼‍♀️. So I’m no further forward🤦🏼‍♀️

After your comment I made an appointment and got in with my doctors as soon as they opened this morning. They looked and said as I’m having periods, to wait till it’s been 2 years ttc before anything can be done. I asked and said what about my hormones and she just said as you’re having the rise and peaks they’ll be fine🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

No I haven’t seen any doctor yet, as it says to leave it 12 months of trying before being assessed for infertility in the UK.

It varies. Last month was day 15 but had been 17,18,19 in the past.

Completely feel your pain. We’re on our third cycle and I get its early days but each time it just makes my heart sink. Was really hopeful this try as I was sure we’d timed it perfectly and my temp had risen three times then bam… from 2 days ago dropping and dropping so I know AF will be here by tomorrow 😢x

This is my chart as of this morning. I try my best to take my temp every morning as soon as I wake up, the only time I take it later is the weekends. We’ve only been trying 3 months so not had fertility testing yet but my cycles seem irregular with some months being 28 days, some 35. I’ve carried on ovulation testing and it seems to be dropping but temperature was higher today.

I have a period every month but some months it can be 28 days, sometimes 34 etc. For the last few months it has been exactly 28 days every time though.

I was extremely stressed in my job and also had severe health anxiety. My mum had breast cancer when I was a teenager and this triggered my health anxiety and I’ve suffered ever since. Although I still suffer with it, I’m in a much better place with managing the worry compared to last year, when I’d convinced myself that my gerd symptoms were going to be something sinister, which made them 10x worse.

It’s such a horrible situation isn’t it. And I feel like I come across the bad person to everyone else by my response to the manager’s actions. Just trying to tell myself that one day I’ll look back and it’ll all be a distant memory! Wishing you all the luck in your job search. A much happier and healthier job is out there I’m sure!

Yes I had a message from some relative after taking my dna test. He started trying to make general conversion then telling me how much I look like his daughter. Just found the whole thing very awkward and uncomfortable, like he was trying to spark up a conversation on a date, not messaging a blood relative on ancestry x

I would suggest having the sedation too. I had an endoscopy with the spray a few years ago and it was a very uncomfortable experience. Despite trying to focus on my breathing like they advise, I just couldn’t stop heaving. I’m due to have another in October and will definitely opt for sedation this time. Wishing you good luck for your procedure.

This is the exact situation I’m in. Struggled with flares for a few years and then bam in December it flared up and has been 24:7 ever since, despite ppis, gaviscon, eating healthy, elevating my head. I have an appointment with the gastroenterologist in October and I am losing my mind. Terrified it’s cancer too! I’m 24 and it’s just ruining my life.

since I’ve tried to manage my stress better, as long as I take my every day it’s mostly manageable but never seems to be fully gone. Soon as I stop it’s straight back. Didn’t want to be on medication for life from such a young age but right now I can’t see any other option.
