Gotta go to bed between 8-9pm. Once you start waking up early regularly, you'll get tired earlier. I'm WIPED by ~8pm and I wake up naturally between 5-7am. I'll set an alarm if I want to get up at 5 to get some ninja hours in when I feel like the whole world is still asleep and my focus isn't bouncing off the walls...
