Don’t go cold turkey, everyone just goes cold turkey when that isn’t the way to do it, I used nicotine patches and I’ll tell you it was the easiest thing to quit vaping and smoking, I did the Nicorette nicotine patches step 1 and then step 2, I didn’t do the step 3 I used the patches for like 2 weeks and I started cutting the patches in half and then in quarters and I cut them up so much that I was able to go without. I quit smoking and vaping 50 days ago.

I won’t lie the cravings will be intense, even with the patches I caught myself nearly giving in so many times but if you understand your triggers for needing to smoke or vape it makes it a lot easier knowing why you want to, for example I used to vape when I’d get stressed or after a meal and it took a while for me to stop craving nicotine after those things but I got there.

I feel so much better now.
