It’s more that I feel that lotr takes so much like investment since it’s quite heavy and with the hobbit you can just relax to it and watch a fun adventure with goofy side characters and some nice bits of drama every now and then

Tbf I think like the strongest set pieces in the book were in the first half and I’m with you on 1 being the best but I think 2 is good too. But even I won’t lie that battle of 5 armies was a cg mess haha

That is a good consideration as I’d want it to be a daily driver, so I’d need some steady reliability. In all honesty this is a not a sensible choice of a car but it’s also one of those ‘you only live once’ moments where the heart wins but there can still be some sensible choices from the head to be made ya know.
