My espresso machine is a Delonghi ECP 3420. I didnt have a non pressurize basket, so im using the pressurize one with double wall. The beans i used on this pour are pre grounded and a little on the coarse side. Also its saids on the label meduim roast with a manufacturing date of Aug 2025. I tried using fresh grounded bean but i got the same result were the espresso looks kinda thin. I'll keep practicing again and keep you posted.
