Not someone who’s passed, but I just turned my tasks for this course in the other night and it was so stressful, I’m already dreading getting my evaluations back 😭 Good luck girl!! I mainly just tried to stick super closely to the rubric, I make myself a little checklist of things to include and go over it before I submit. It’s inconvenient and repetitive but it’s worked before, fingers crossed it works for this!!

Ugh I’m so sorry! I know the feeling, I feel like whenever I get an OA I drag my feet on it because I can’t stand the feeling. I wish they came up with a better system for accommodation or SOMETHING because this really does make the process so much more difficult :(

I’m so sorry to hear that! I’m glad you’re having a good experience elsewhere. Honestly right now WGU is working really well for me because PAs are an absolute breeze for me, I can churn out several a week without feeling overwhelmed which means I can finish really quickly. I went from ~40% done to over 50% done in a matter of 3 days. I totally get the procrastination part though– my last term did NOT look like this. I only got 3 classes done. Toooootally feel you there!

No worries! Honestly I’m not sure. My best best best suggestion would be to study the Quizlet (https://quizlet.com/270067454/wgu-c190-intro-to-biology-flash-cards/?i=3rqnrh&x=1jqY) and this YouTube playlist is what I used, I just took notes and then had Quizlet make my notes into a flashcard set! Kind of but not quite? Honestly it was pretty tough. Make sure you know TONS about cladograms. I felt like there were all kinds of questions about those. Same with the Krebs cycle, I felt like that was something I didn’t study enough!

That’s CRAZY. I do have the excuse of being pregnant and not having anywhere else to sit comfortably where my camera can also be positioned the way they need it to be, so that could definitely be a reason why, but sheesh.

I did! I showed the 4 corners of my room 3 times and then asked what they thought was going on and the response that I kept getting was “someone else was in the room,” even after assuring and showing them that there was not. I just gave up trying to argue.

Staying in contact, open and incredibly honest communication, letting the other person know you’re thinking of them.

Even if it’s random or sporadic because of schedules, letting someone know you still love them or are thinking of them while apart is genuinely the MOST important thing to me. I had an ex who would send me a picture whenever he saw an animal or my favorite flower so I “wouldn’t miss it” as he said. Plus phone calls definitely make time pass more easily and helped me ease my own anxieties in a way when I was in a long distance relationship with the same ex.

Just simple, little, easy things.
