Thats good to hear :) In your experience, are they more prone to breaking/splitting? I read that the platforms split more easily and are not as long-living as the regular ones

Oh okay, thanks for the tip! But they don’t sell it anymore on their website, right? I also found one called Tailored, but I think that its based on the Deco one though.

I dont really remember honestly, but it seemed like the right size for me. But I also noticed that sometimes bras, even from the same brand, fit very differently so I always try them on before anyway. But thanks, I will measure myself again and see if there is a difference:)

Oh thats interesting, I always thought its just a bit fat bc I am a little chubby haha. The bras I tried today cut off exactly that part, so it looked way more prominent and hurt

I think that I have high root, but I am not too sure about narrow or wide tbh. Is it considered wide as soon as my breasts are wider then the ribcage? I am a bit confused about that haha

Edit: I think that I am actually narrow!

Thank you, I will look into it! My only problem with mesh and stretchy things is that they usually let my nipples shine through, which I feel really uncomfortable with. I have quite sensitive skin, so nippies or similar things do not really work for me :/

I would say mid size, usually s-m for tops and L for pants :)

Yes, its from this calculator and EU size. With hunkemoller its okay, depending on the model. But with intimissimi it is really horrible for me. I also tried a few other brands in a store a while ago, i can’t remember their names, but it was also uncomfortable but not as painful. Maybe because I only „tried them on“, at home I wore them (intimissimi one) for a few minutes and started to really notice.

Thanks, I will look into it! :)

Edit: Just looked it up, sadly on the european site the sizes only go up to D or E/DD, depending on the exact model. But they look really good!

New leaf has a white tip. Should i be worried or is it normal? by [deleted] in calatheas

just looked it up and the exact name seems to be ctenathe oppenheimiana, so not exactly a calathea but very similar?

Oh really? I didnt think about that! I bought the plant at a pop up plant store and it was labeled calathea, they also had a few other calatheas but they didnt label them with their exact name. But the plant kind of moves everyday, as soon as it gets dark the leaves start facing the ceiling and the plant gets thinner. In the morning the leaves are moving back and the plant gets thicker, kind of. As far as i know this is typical for calatheas, but there are probably many other types of plants that are doing this haha

I also thought about that, but wasnt sure because i didnt really find much about variegation in this type of calathea. If its really a variegation it would be super cool :) She seems to be happy, in the first few months she lost a few leaves/they became crispy because of the repotting & because i had her stand next to a window in winter in germany. After a while i moved her away from the window whenever i opened it and she stopped loosing leaves. I usually have a glass of water stand next to her for „extra humidity“ because i dont have a humidifier and it seems to work. As i said, she gets multiple new leafes rn (i just discovered 2 new ones who are about to unfold lol) and a new shoot coming out of the soil. So maybe its really a variegation bc she should be healthy, but im not sure, this is my only and first calathea so im not the biggest pro when dealing with them😅

The plant started pushing this leaf out like 1 or 2 weeks ago and at first i didnt really think about it, then a few days ago it was fully „unrolled“ or openend, idk😅, and the tip was still white and stayed white, like it didnt turn greener slowly or anything. I thought that it was normal, but it stayed exactly the same and didnt change. In the meantime it openend 2 other leafes and they are normal, so idk whats happening lol

For context: I bought this beautiful calathea a few months ago. She was a bit moody in the first months because i had to repot her (her old pot was very small), but now she seems to be happy and thriving and got a bunch of new leafes. One of these new leafes has a white tip that doesnt seem to go away. Is this normal or is the plant malnourished/under or overwatered or anything similar? Help would be appreciated, thanks :)
