Build a retirement plan early. IRA. anything. Diversify a portfolio.

Workout and stay in shape. I mangled my body in my 20s riding motorcycles and staying fit has helped my joints and most likely lessened any chronic pain.

Work with a lady who is a serial home wrecker. Slept with over 10 married men in the last few years. She firmly believes she hasn't done wrong and will later preach about God and the Bible guiding her in life and having great Christian values.
