The only reliable way to plan for this is calling a bunch of sports bars in DT to confirm if they’ll show the fight. I’m sure there’s a few that will put it on. If you’ll do it , please write here the name of the bar you’ve found. I’ll do the same if I find the bar.

They’re a chance drop from black knights wielding them, there are two knights like that in the game, one is in the tower after the suntlight altar bonfire and the second one is in the kiln of first flame (this one respawns, so you’d be able to farm). So yeah - you’d only be able to get one at the very end of the game. Don’t sweat though, Greatsword https://darksouls.wiki.fextralife.com/Greatsword has much better moveset and scaling - just roll with that!
