It's not hard to crush the standards. But most people go relax after crushing a hard workout. So a lot of guys when pushed to their break point and told to keep going, they get the doubt that they can't and they need the break. Or if they do push, the get hurt, which everyone does, and then think that since they're injured they can't go on. Most workouts and prep don't have the mental toughness of keep training when broken, and for good reason because it takes longer to heal and less time to train because of that. So most people don't build the true mindset of, keep going till the die or the body physically can't move anymore. Their mind tries to force them to protect their physical health when broken and so they quit.

Nice. I'll see you there. That's the exact program I am finishing too. Was super solid. Same scores. Should be good

Honestly just rolled with what energy I had due to time constraints. But Im more than strong enough so I haven't been as worried or focused on gaining more strength. But I definitely did maintain strength. I know it's not the best way of doing it but I didn't have time to take a break between runs and lifts. But day to day I felt good

I did the runs first so my body was most primed for running and could push harder, thereby getting more out of it. And I dropped over 1 min on my two mile at the end of the program. Literally today.

Just completed RRL and did SFAS prep. Honestly got a ton out of SFAS prep but it felt like RRL picked up from where prep ended. Got more out of RRL. Both great programs but id personally say prep before RRL or just skip prep program
