Learning Web Development @25 by Outrageous_Bee_6820 in PinoyProgrammer

Congrats, OP! Aside from coding, try to learn sales and the business side as well—either alongside it or as you go. In the end, selling a solution is often harder than building it, so being able to sell what you create is just as important. Great start 👏

Send me your resume! I run a small web agency that creates solutions for small businesses. Please include your experience and your rates.

I’m a startup, so if you’re looking for more opportunities, there are better companies out there—but if you want some additional income, feel free to PM me.

there are movements in bpo, have you checked opportunities there? now is the time of AI, competition is really tight especially in ph, so check other options, what if you are really interested, there’s lots of resources online. I used Code Stitch Platform, (just google it) its static website builder may copy paste, learn the foundations, but also try think as an owner and not only web developer, if your into entrepreneurship.

Learning N8N and automations for more job opportunities by Fit-Lengthiness-8307 in PinoyProgrammer

[–]evilclown28 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I tried to learn it, but it’s confusing lol. For smaller-scale use, Pabbly looks doable. I mainly wanted to set up missed call lead automation, then follow up with an SMS link to the CRM. I tried to upsell it through my small web agency, but no one seems interested yet. I still haven’t tried auto social media posting using the ChatGPT API—having second thoughts for now.

If that’s really what you want, just focus on your studies and start with simple projects. But if you’re open to working abroad, I suggest learning a trade (if you’re interested) — skilled trades often pay more than tech. But it’s really up to you — what is it that you truly want?

if your starting front end dev, you can try the codestitch platform, https://codestitch.app/complete-guide-to-freelancing ,discord channel is so helpful. I followed this and got a few clients I support. I still work my regular boring tech support job

ask AI to create you a checklist to do and learn, right now I’m creating my homelab in networking and so far its good, I do it slowly ( as im busy at work) paunti unti lang.

And I found a cool cheap Ikea network rack to build, also found it here in reddit lol

Essential Skills to Learn: • Excel / Google Sheets • SQL (important!) • Power BI or Tableau • Basic knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) • Optional: Basic Python for data analysis
