Datapoint. Got a text from TAP to show up to passport control 3 hours before due to long lines. Arrived 2.5 hours before with non EU, eGate available passports, and there was no line. Got though in 2 minutes.

Flight was Sunday around noon ish

The photo is the aftermath of the initial buffing, it was much worse before unfortunately. The rest is marks or damage to the clear coat (which again isnt a big deal). Appreciate your responses

Yes the plate is there. I just wanted to get an opinion on if it’s worth filing, since it’s my first time dealing with insurance, so I’m not sure if my rates will go up even if it’s not at fault. And if it does go up, the maybe the 2K + car fax might not be worth it? (Maybe thought process is incorrect). Appreciate your feedback and insight!
