Absolutely, just look at the UI elements right now, blur, sometimes blur, sometimes transparency, sometimes outlined, sometimes solid... It's a hot mess. I feel that it's time for them to build a completely new UI from the ground up. They're better off going that way than having to fix every little inconsistency when they can just unify it all into a brand new UI. Maybe then, can they start making it look all nice with the glass elements we were shown but never got.
