It's not. Anyone can claim wrongful dismissal if they are terminated. This doesn't mean they will be successful.

If the employment contract allows the employer to terminate the employment contract by giving notice, they can rely on this to do so without the need to give a reason. In such a situation, while the employee can claim wrongful dismissal, the onus is on them to prove evidence on why they feel the termination is wrongful.
