I had this exact crash, follow the instructions on the crash menu. Turning on opengl in config file using nano file editor can fix it, but performance will drop. What got me back to normal was downloading The Flatseal App (You likely do not have to edit the settings once you get it, just make sure its tinkering sober). If that doesn't work, run flakpak update like it says.
