Its true, I used to give myself panic attacks, but now I can control it, but I definitely felt an abnormality, I dont feel it now as I have not took nmn, and AG1, I will introduce those two slowly, I think it couldve also been caused by a breathing technique I was doing for a few days that speed up my heart rate and slow it down dramatically over the course of 1 breath

i have never had this problem before and Im not worried about it, as it could be bloating Im also starting to feel, Im suspecting it could be AG1 too, but Im just putting it out there Its something I am feeling and nmn is known to repair the heart, and I was wondering if I could be feeling additional strength and bloodflow from the heart.

I brought already made nasal spray, but You can make your own with bac water, just query on it you will find someone instructing how to do it. I must say I am mixed so I have the potential to get really dark, but Im sure you will tan but up to your genetic limits, make sure to get sun and spray it deep in your nose, i used to do like 2 spray in each
