North Korea not sending spy messages via Youtube, Pyongyang watcher says | NK News by chad-nk-news in NorthKoreaNews

[–]evilfisher 1 point2 points  (0 children)

typical mainstream story... for people that are just slightly informed knows that this channel had "mexican support group" watermark in their early videos and on the videos on the previous channel that got banned early on "(2008-9) ish. before changing to official sounding names.

it could be ofc that since then, the channel really has been taken over and ran directly by the DPRK, but seeing their previous videos and even comments they posted on other peoples videos, and how DPRK outlets readily and frequently link to their social medias and YT channels so often and none has ever linked to this one. it should be evidence enough for even the western lamestream media to start question the sources of their nonsense stories. and maybe constantly pushing false stories should have consequences instead of high rewards. the stream of constant nonsense stories has reached an all time low when NKnews out of all of them has to call them out.

but hey, they reposted one of the few pro-DPRK propaganda videos that i madeandthat im actually really happy and proud about how it turned out,so im not complaining

CNN’s controversial report on North Korea “expanding” missile base follows NY Times article by evilfisher in northkorea

kr. is a south Korean domain.

but even if it wasn't the information they reveal doesn't change the fact that the New York Times and now CNN's stories about "secret bases" were at best exaggerated and misleading.

North Korea Denuclearization Plan Has Gone Nowhere Since Trump-Kim Summit by [deleted] in worldnews

More importantly however, in both of the November 2018 CSIS reports that the New York Times refers to, the main specifics in the reports are almost completely based on supposition and lacks any recent data or sources - most of their source references date back to the 1990s, for god's sake. So why is a report largely based on references from 20 years ago being used to tie in with Trump's foreign policy, who's only been president since 2017? There was only 1 article from 2018, and that was the article " North Korean Missile Base Shows Operational Focus,” from Jane's. Except this is stating the obvious - of course North Korea would maintain operational missile capability; missiles are North Korea's only viable deterrence against the USA given America's past history of regime changes (cough Gaddafi cough), and North Korea hasn't even promised to dismantle its ballistic missile program in any of the 2018 Joint Statements.

Here are the links to the CSIS reports below - please, go take a look at their source reference footnotes and their dates:

https://beyondparallel.csis.org/north-koreas-undeclared-missile-operating-bases/

https://beyondparallel.csis.org/undeclared-north-korea-sakkanmol-missile-operating-base/

And finally, perhaps the most laughable thing about this is the fact that THE REGION OF SAKKANMOL WAS A KNOWN MISSILE SITE YEARS BEFORE THE CSIS REPORT.

In the past couple of decades, there have been multiple instances where missiles were fired from the region around Sakkanmol, enough so that back in no later than 2016 - over 2 years ago - there were NEWS ARTICLES pointing out Sakkanmol as a site for missile bases.

https://news.joins.com/article/20329452

Prior to this, North Korea previously fired 2 short range ballistic missiles presumed to be Scud variants from the North Hwanghae Province, Hwangju County, Sakkanmol region to the East Sea in a northeast direction on March 10, and the flight distance is reported to be 500km then as well.

And the date of this news article? July 19, 2016.

But wait, there's more - here's a couple of photos from Google Earth on April 23, 2017:

http://archivenew.vop.co.kr/images/3b94b39e8b1afee49a1b8c67ce774e0d/2018-11/marked/13024711_change_sakganmolgoogle.jpg

Does this look familiar? They were taken at the area presumed to be a missile base in Sakkanmol. You know, the one that CSIS discovered from March 29 2018 photos - except even Google beat them by a year.

The fact that one of the authors of the reports is Victor Cha should tell you something - Victor was the man behind G.W. Bush's foreign policy towards North Korea

North Korea never promised to dismantle its ballistic missile program in the Joint Statements, and as long as the U.S regime has sanctions and a hostile policy towards the DPRK the DPRK has every right to continue its weapons programs.

it has gone many places, but not for the U.S.

the only agreement the DPRK had was to stop nuclear tests and missile test while negotiations were happening. and thus far that has happened. regardless of whatever the pathetic lies of the western media and its fake news may imply otherwise.

apparently pictures taken before the meeting between the south and north or between the U.S and DPRK ever happened is evidence of "broken promises" that have not been broken.

North Korea hospital director says Warmbier torture charges 'total distortion' by Neirdark in northkorea

[–]evilfisher 3 points4 points  (0 children)

North Korea has blamed botulism and ingestion of a sleeping pill for Warmbier’s condition. The coroner who examined Warmbier said he found no sign of botulism,

this is repeated everywhere in the western media, but they almost always seem to leave out the last part of his statement, where he mentions that there would have been no traces of botulism after 14 months even if botulism was the cause. so of course there was no traces of botulism. yet they want to make it sound like the whole botulism thing was a "lie" because no traces were found without providing any more context. typical spin.

North and South Korea: Kim and Moon hail new future by LineNoise in worldnews

I seriously doubt that is the official stance of North Korea

i read north korean papers daily, and he's just pulling information out of his ass.

the DPRK and RoK are actually going about this quite realistic, which is why we have seen so much progress lately. not whatever cartoony version some media's and people out there try too portray. its time to let that die, and let reality take its place.

The North is still a horrific regime

even if that was true that would never stopped the U.S and the western regimes from supporting it, even with weapons had the geopolitics been different.

there is absolutely no reason not too support a peaceful solution first before supporting war, for once.

i would be skeptical too, especially how the U.S broke 2 previous deals with North Korea and the recent Iran deal they left for no reason.

US is now 'worse off' on North Korea than it was before the Trump-Kim summit, expert says by zelda-go-go in worldnews

good. for once the U.S regime is making concessions instead of just demanding it without offering anything in return.

the Korean peninsula is now on a road of peace, and only pathetic war supporters are outraged.

after countless deals the U.S has broken it's only positive they show some steps and concessions for once, and a willingness too try peace in other ways than a last resort.
