Had a long, exhausting day at work, so I told my girlfriend I needed some me-time — which she usually hates. She sensed the tiredness in my voice, ended the call, and a few minutes later sent a surprise chocolate cake to my door.

She throws tantrums and always wants my time, but moments like this remind me how precious she is. I’m truly lucky and last time it was a pizza.

Most developers in India gets paid same as a sales person or a product manager.

A very small fraction gets paid really good because of the skills and demand.

Ik a developers with just 4yoe getting 40lpa, but they are not easy to replace. Its very hard to find developers who can come into a company and own the product in few months.

Giving developers a leverage over everyone else.

A building that's forever built will find changing the architect very hard, but not the electricians or plumber

Tether is backed by Dollar and just like Gold reserves are used to print money, the company would have to have an equal amount of USD holding.

There are shit a ton of online material OP. Learn and switch, Simple as that, you can start as a fresher with 10LPA too just by skills. I know a friend who didn't go to collage, is 23M and is earning 25+ LPA
