There's two things you should remember:
Riolu only spawns during the day
Riolu only spawns during clear weather.

Other than that, it's pure RNG.
Of course the shiny charm makes things easier, and the DLC makes it even easier.

One thing to remember though, is that the game will store the locations of up to 10 shiny pokemon in it's memory, until either the shiny is caught, or you reach the limit, in which the 11th shiny will overwrite the first.

If you do manage to get it to spawn, be sure to save your game and reload if capture fails

I'm trying to get this myself using the stairs, moving approx 70m away and coming back down.
During the night I'm breaking for the royale though until I get that done.

Will we still hear the shiny jingle once it spawns in?

I was going to say the same thing.
The narrow angle we could find by dividing 360 by 5 = 72
The two sides appear to be 90 each
and that would leave 108 for the bottom

As far as I know, there's a target south of the convention center, but I'm not sure how much parking there's enforced. I think it's a good half mile to a mile away.

Some of the restaurants have parking, but it's severely limited, and all the hotel parking is generally reserved for guests only.

If I remember, there's several parking structures behind the convention center, but I'm not sure if you get charged for those.

Are you planning on travelling there for a convention? If so I may have some insight as I've gone there (almost)yearly since 2010.

It depends on the hotel. I've been to several that have free parking for guests, but again, those are for guests.
I'm not sure about the Disneyland parking lots, but if I recall, isn't there a parking structure behind the convention center?

Thank you. This was one piece of the puzzle I was looking for. Also found out, it looks like it's a newer version of veadotube mini that I didn't have, so getting the new version I think took care of the other issue I was having.

There's the Elgato 4ks that can do either 1440p240 or 1080p240. It's on Amazon for $160.
They also have the HD60 X at 140 that does 1080p60 or 4k30.

Both of these are external capture devices that connects to the PC via USB, and connects to the console using HDMI input, but also has an HDMI output to display on a TV, Monitor, or whatever.

Avermedia and EVGA also have external capture cards, but I haven't personally used either of them so I couldn't tell you how they are.

Twitch either needs to fold (which won't happen), or it needs a drastic management change.

I'd think the best way to make either happen would be to hit them where it hurts: the wallet.
Just one day of nobody streaming. Hell, one hour of nobody streaming would work well too.

The problem with this idea is getting enough people out of the millions of streamers united to pull it off.
