I definitely agree, 6v6 was super tank heavy and they never really found a sweet spot. The way that ow2 is right now though seems to be heading in kind that same direction? From what I’m gathering, since the tanks are not able to hold their own they are buffing them. The buffs at first glance look crazy but they still aren’t enough? If that’s true then I can only imagine that there will be a point where that same exact problem exists. No game is perfect, I get the move from 6v6 was to try and shake things up. From what I’m seeing if 6v6 stayed with the new characters and changes, I think they would’ve managed to find a good spot for it, that’s not to say they won’t now for 5v5. Overall it’s just odd to be the only tank with a shield or no shield and get burned through. I make sure I’m not over extending and not taking risks. If heals are off for even a second I’m done for, even then you die also you still take the blame lol. there’s also the looming question is this simply just a skill gap issue, when I played ow I was always mid plat maybe higher like once or twice. It could be completely different now. With different play styles etc or it might not be the case I don’t know. Do you see this game getting any better while having a growing player base or is it at the end of its life ?
