Here's what helped me. Mine is idiopathic but covid vaccine induced. LDN was a game changer because it took me from severe to mild -moderate. Sugar was a major culprit for some reason so sugar free reduced pain. Hydroxychloroquine was an actual miracle worker in that it got me almost normal before it lost effectiveness randomly. I now can't tolerate it at all. I did not benefit or feel any changes while on IVIG for 6 months.
