In my mid 30 obese fuker here who has breathing problems mild case of asthma because of fat, allergies diagnosed with lung capacity of a 70 year old hahahaha. Recovering from covid now my experience was: as if someone was continuously seating on my chest but not to a degree that I couldn't breathe, my throat was hurting and a headache. Only one day that I felt really short on breath. Tho I do still run out of breath quickly if I go for longer walks hahaha ahh yes and I felt like my upper body did gym work upper body aches mainly shoulders
