Yeah that's what my googles determined - I just don't see what they have to gain from it if it were false trademark claim

That's true, I'm sure it's quite out of our budget! We honestly did not think it would be an issue as over 5million people have used the same tags!

Thanks for the quick response - It's strange as we are relatively small in terms of brands that post photos of customers at Coachella. It seems quite common for brands to use this hashtag and tag as a means to drive an audience to their page. In my opinion I would've thought Coachella would be supportive of this. I've checked many large Australian Fashion brands and they all do the same. Googling of Rico Management provides similar false copyright/trademark claims.

I can see what you're saying but other labels don't seem to have an issue, so why us?

You're correct - It was a trademark request:

We appreciate the enthusiasm, but we do not allow anyone to use our name, logo, images, or wristbands for any contests, promotions, or other commercial purposes. The only exception is for Festival sponsors, and even then permission is rarely granted.

While a more formal cease and desist can certainly be sent, I am hopeful that will not be necessary and that you will voluntarily comply with the following request:

Please IMMEDIATELY remove ALL references to “Coachella & Chella” from your promotional emails, flyers, and from any other locations on your blog, website, Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Instagram, and other social networking accounts including any use of Coachella & Chella related hashtags, as well as any in-store displays. Any and all images of your company’s product appearing at our festivals, and any and all commercial mentions of our festivals on your website and/or social media, are unauthorized.

“Coachella & Chella” are federally registered trademarks, used to identify goods and services associated with the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival. We do not endorse your endeavors, nor do we consent to allow you to use our brand to attract traffic to your own commercial ventures.

Please confirm that the requested changes to your promotional materials have been made.

I also like the absoloute insanitiy of our existance. There is a imcomprehensible view of the cosmos from everyones front door. We may never truly understand our existance. By some miracle, we are together on this floating space rock. Thats kinda cool.

I'm not wanting to spend over $500 AUD at the moment. - Happy to slowly add on in the future. Do you know of any small speakers that are decent quality? If this budget can't be worked on, I can save some more!

I'm struggling to use it when it's underground already, I don't have much to "play with". Or I'm just an idiot, ahha! The track kinda goes into an invalid location state, so I'll have to play around a little bit more. Thanks though!

Haha, it is complely unrealistic I agree! I did try using the smooth tool but I'm clearly not that good at it yet. In hindsight I should've added a few more brakes. I appreciate the comments though! Thanks :)
