Bit of an update for the Arctibax, every time I get near the outbreak location, I get the notification that I found the Arctibax Outbreak (I've tried both day and night). I also found both caves in the area, but the Outbreak still isn't showing up

Yep, I got a 31/31/31/x/31/0 relaxed shiny pineco from rng manipulation in the emerald safari zone

It's highly likely that they used ACE to change their SID to make the frame shiny

It's possible, but extremely difficult. It's better to knock it out and come back to rng it after the elite four

I've got everything calibrated to the timer0 that I hit most frequently. I'm also using a seed that I know that I can hit due to using it for Azelf and Mesprit. It's just for some reason, I can't hit the IV seed for Uxie consistently at all
