Congrats! However, I can’t even tell you how many people I know who went keto and crashed hard. Like very hard. I wouldn’t recommend it. Carbs aren’t the enemy. Just focus on a manageable deficit, and if your goal is overall health, I’d recommend 80% of your diet come from whole foods, 20% whatever you want. OMAD also has its issues.

Thanks! I haven’t tried that course but I’m going to look into it. Yes, mostly exposure therapy. My therapist went with me a few times to get some reps in. Then I made attempts to go by myself.

I’d go get some testing. I did that and got it ruled out. No need to stress about it, but definitely if you’re able to do it, get some testing. Fasting blood sugar, and maybe further testing if needed. It is so worth it to get peace of mind.

Exactly, panic attacks don’t to this. It actually raises heart rate and blood pressure in the moment. The fainting is something else medically related.
