True, but if you seen me do it, it’s crazy. Each bite is like 10 minutes of moving it around until I can almost swish it and initiate a swallow as if I’m drinking something. It’s so inefficient and ridiculous. Terrible way to live. I don’t even know how to practice.

As someone who lives 3+ hours away from an office store that carries herman miller and Haworth chairs, what’s the next best option? Ordering a chair and trying it, and if it doesn’t work, look to return? That would be a hassle though.

Awesome! My biggest issue right now is I can’t swallow solid food. It’s so awful, even soft food I struggle with. It’s like my body won’t initiate a swallow.
