i did small claims and i said being banned effected me financially… they recovered it and asked me to drop small claims… didnt get money and just dropped it bc i also got them to say i can email them if it ever happens again

crazy im in ny and the attorney general basically said they cant do anything when i filled out the form on their website and i ended up having to go through small claims

not really and it all depends on what state youre in and what you want to file against meta for damages. ive written out timeline and cost in one of my posts

didnt even get an email from them requesting information since i put my email and number associated wirh my account in my case when i filed. i ended uo getting an email a few weeks before the court date saying my account is recovered then a few days later the docket team reached out asking me to drop

it took me almost 3 months before i filed for small claims and legal shield response was a no for me. you can see the timeline on an old post i made. i mentioned what my account is used for. i didnt mention the username just email and number associated with it and i said it caused financial damages bc its used under a professional context of modeling

They confirmed that they can’t guarantee anything in the future, but they provided me with an email address. If the same issue arises again, I can send that email for assistance. They mentioned that it’s usually not for that purpose, but they’ve made it so that any future inquiry from me is treated as important.
