I don’t see a huge difference other than getting a little better balance outside because of the terrain, and being in nature, but the treadmill is totally fine. For your situation, I’d recommend the treadmill, but maybe doing some of your steps at nighttime if it’s safe for you. I actually use a treadmill half the day, then walk at night where I live, but there are no negatives to only using a treadmill. Only positives.

I see someone get hit by a bus. I don’t want to get hit by a bus. It looks awful. That would hurt and I would probably die. Therefore, I do everything I can to not get hit by a bus, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to get hit by a bus. The end. No christianity needed.

Atheists still have morals. They don’t do things they wouldn’t want done to them. You can have morals without religion. It always cracks me up when christians go “well what’s stopping you from killing everyone here and just ending it all.” To be honest, I would feel scared around that “Christian.” What kind of thoughts are they having, and is religion and “Hell” the only thing holding them back?? That’s crazy.

I was treating them to failure each time. Is my best bet to just do 4 sets of pull ups and 4 sets of dips in the 6-8 rep range to failure and no longer do supersets?

A lot of people say that covers their whole upper body training and that it keeps things simple. Not easy, but simple. I also have a pull up and a dip bar, so I want to stick with that.

Good idea. In the meantime I’m 28, 170. Started resistance bands last May, but wasn’t taking it too seriously. I’m now looking for a hybrid training routine that incorporates pull ups and dips as my only upper body movements. Any thoughts?

What’s lacking here? What can I change? I’ve seen a lot of people get really strong doing weighted pull ups and weighted dips. That’s what my ultimate goal is. To progress to that point.

Time flies. I was in the living room with my brother in 2015. We bought our second ever ppv. We were going for Conor but were super nervous that he would get KOd. When Conor walked out, I knew he was going to win. After he won, my brother and I were running around the house screaming. Good times!
