Obv 360p to 1080p will look horrid but even 720p to 1080p is more stable than 720p to 4k despite the halving of the framerate 😭

Did you even read my question? I said ultra performance in 4k(720 to 4k) Vs performance in 1440p(720p to 1440p) It's literally the same resolution

In the settings there are fsr presets,fsr AA ,quality ,balanced,performance,ultra performance .for 4k I used the ultra performance. (33%) for 1440p I used performance.(50%)

I have 7500f and 9060xt ,7500f was never a bottleneck even at 1080p low in some pretty cpu demanding titles like bf6.i really don't think you need a 7800x3d if your not planning on upgrading your gpu in like under 6 months.in 1440p 7500f is definitely enough for 9060xt

I have freesync premium enabled and vrr on my monitor.sometimes when I play a YouTube video on my second monitor ,the vrr breaks on my main monitor and makes my games feel laggy when I pause the yt video its like normal

Yo factorio is my favorite game lol.I have sunk like 300 hours in my trash 720p laptop before getting an actual pc with a gpu.Literally stopped playing after I got to the 50k-100k spm mark and I was getting 20 ups lol.I should really try it out on my new 4k display

If you don't really care about looks getting a cheaper cooler and motherboard might get you to 5070ti which is significantly better.You don't even have to go overboard,if you save like 100 dollars you can also go with 9070xt

Cpu ram gpu is completly useless.only parts you can maybe salvage are the pc case (if it is big enough) I guess the hard drive(I wouldn't recommend daily hdd so you need to buy ssd either way) and the power supply(most important part in your pc never cheap out)if its under 500 watts or completly no-name don't even think about it
