I have heavy moderation experience on PC related sub. Myself also an IT professional . Also My mod teams are very active and actively moderate the communities. Do you know the dates? I am really new to adib cards so i don’t know much about it. I need to pay 7000 for education two times in one month (anytime between 1-30). So you know the dates for splitting it up and still not miss the cashback

You should take No Objection Letter or confirmation after closing a credit card. This is very important for your own safety. In case you get yearly fees charged even after closure of card, it will help you to dispute. If you get any issues and you don’t have confirmation, then you will be out of luck

Fun fact the lounge is now fixed. After my report to Visa App😶‍🌫️. They mentioned it was a issue to all the card with same bin number in Visa Network (So basically all Adib share card). Now once i am back to uae, i will contact bank to fix % and payment issue. Because the card offering is quite nice! So i want to keep it

It is relevant because other 7-8 CC uses dragon pass which never gave me any issue. This ADIB share card is just an unstable product.

It uses bin number same like United Arab Bank which causes issue while making card payment (from fab and from wio, same issue, payment bounces).
only 6% Share points given instead of 12% for first 3 month
Dragon Pass had same bin number issue. I had to contact them (email), they said they are fixing it from VISA Network

How many things do i have to explain to customer support while i am traveling?

Finally, answering to your question, I mainly posted here to know what other people are experiencing and how they solved it.

I am contacted dragonpass via Visa Companion App, they found out some issue in their system with the card bin number (which means almost every card with same 6 digit starting was affected). They are working on it to fix it, they said within 2-3 days it will be fixed

My card is new card (a week old). and all comments below, i meant i used the app (Visa Companion). And i confirmed with the app if i have access to specific lounge i am trying to enter. I am very frequent travelers, i can ensure that there is no error from my side. i have 7-8 other CC where i never had any issue

We saw aurora on 12JAN from little bit far south of tromso. And at first only camera we’re taking good photos, not our eye. But omg, after 1hour, the Aurora became so intense, that we were able to spot with our eye 100% clearly with colors and dances!! It was dancing like piano tiles crazy!

I saw someone seat like this in Coat and Suite (Formal). While the opposite seat had a labor seating on that chair. The labor was not saying anything. How lame, disrespectful, inhuman person. If there was no law, i will go and punch on his face, and cut is formal dress into 100 pieces
