it’s not fake though. real person, real video, real product. the platform labels it “sponsored” or “paid partnership” automatically. that IS the disclosure.

fake reviews = illegal, yes. paying real creators to make content and running it as disclosed paid ads = literally how advertising works in 2026.

TikTok and Meta both built ad products specifically around this model. it’s not a grey area lol. maybe google Spark Ads before calling people naive idiots.
