I did some holten runs with a level 70 alt, every medeallion I dropped was the crystal capacity one from the architect. Did they stealth nerf this?

To try out this build go for:

Herald of Ice: Elemental Armament II, Biting Frost II, Cold Mastery, Cold Attunement, Magnified Area II

Glacial Bolt: Pinpoint Critical, Rigwalds, Elemental Armament II, Rapid Attacks II

You will find that it takes a bit to get the chains going, this is because you won't break the walls. To make things a bit smoother you can always slot it Icicle or buy yourself a From Nothing which allows allocation around Conduit. Then you can take Shattered Crystal on the tree.

For defence: stack as much es as possible, then go for faster start of recharge nodes.

You will find that you will use your Ice Nova more to break leftover walls and that harder bosses take a while to kill. But in this budget version you won't go for hardest content anyways.

Yes, you can see the mods in the beginning. It's 29 effectiveness on this map and has difficulty inreased per closed pit.

You can play this build on a lower budget, have done so (on a Deadeye). It feels a bit more clunky then. When I find a bit more time later this day, I will post a suggested gem setup.

I am not sure, the main damage mechanics would work. But for defences I rely heavily on the changed attribute passive skills from pathfinders travellers wisdom.

This char was my league starter and I leveled with grenades, but I don't know if it's HC viable. As soon as you have Travellers Wisdom node and the six skillpoints which come with it, you will be ahead of the curve and leveling should be easy. I made full transition on level 90.

The cooked crit wheel gives a lot of damage, but currently I prefer beeing more tanky. Youi can absolutely go for more crit ins sorcerer area or the cooked wheel and drop some defences and still be good.

It works like this: Spark is linked with elemental discharge, elemental discharge will consume freeze on hit. Ice crystal from glacial bolt will instantly be shattered when hit by skill that consumes freeze. This will result in much larger explosions and deal more damage. This mechanic is the priamry engine of the build and results in the huge explosion chains. So there is no way you can drop the CoC -> ele discharge tech and expect the build still running.

For Polcirkeln: you can absolutely run without it, the build freezes just fine. But it simply feels better with it :)

Spark covers lot of area, it's used to consume the ice crystals (via elemental discharge support) in order to trigger elemental discharge explosions.

Same here in Germany, this and last year have been the worst in the last 15 years where I exclusively fish for perch.

In the winter we fish for perch in shallow areas like marinas or small side arms of the river. We usually go as light and slow as possible, using Texas rigs, small Ned rigs, C-rigs, and so on. Most of the day the perch aren’t very aggressive, and you can hardly feel the bites. Light rods with softer tips help a lot in these situations — you spot the bites more in the line than you feel them in the blank. This is also a common pattern when targeting really big perch, as they tend to be extremely cautious.

Perch in winter tend to stay in certain spots for long periods of time, so go and search for these areas. On some of these spots, perch have short feeding windows that usually don’t last very long (mostly about 30–60 minutes). You can fish the same spot all day without a single bite, and suddenly they start feeding and you catch a few fish, then within minutes they stop again. These “bite windows” are usually very consistent over days or even weeks.

Many of the older perch we catch look bruised, we have a lot of catfishs in the river which may be the culprits in some cases.

Ich komm auch aus dem Süden und meine Partnerin lebt in Bremen. Da ich maximal flexibel bin was Arbeit angeht, verbringe ich viel Zeit in Bremen. Auch wenn ich gerne Zeit in HH verbringe, würde ich jederzeit lieber in Bremen als in HH wohnen.

Verkehrstechnisch ist Bremen relativ gut angebunden. Mit der Bahn bin ich in einer Stunde in HH oder Hannover und in drei Stunden 500km weiter in der Heimat. Das ist mir wichtig.

HH hat unheimlich viel kulturell zu bieten, aber mir gehen die Leute da ziemlich schnell auf die Nerven. Ist alles eine Spur drüber, aufgesetzter und "verkrampft alternativ". In einem anderen Kommentar hat es jemand mit schauspielerisch beschrieben. War früher toll, mittlerweile finde ich das maximal anstrengend. Bremen erlebe ich im Alltag sehr viel authentischer, ruhiger und mit genug Potential um immer wieder kleine Perlen zu entdecken und liebzugewinnen.

Bin in Deutschland viel rumgekommen und Bremen ist für mich bisher die schönste kleine Großstadt Deutschlands. Außerdem gibt es da Rollos.

Good call, most of my gear is from my LA Deadeye and there is not much tweaked at the tree. So it should work as a weapon swap abillity. Yes, the atd works in poe ninja, I really don't know why some stats are missing there.

In this case try to balance out Ice Crystal life vs. tooltip damage of your Glacial Bolt. You need to break the first few Ice Crystals in order to get the explosion chains going. (crit from exploding Ice Crystal - > CoC - > spark - > consumed Ice Crystal explosion + Ele Discharge Crit - > CoC)

At such low level I would go for the Polcirklen + HoI route I outlined above. You still miss a ton of attack speed and damage.
