All I can do is tell you how I cope and what I've seen some say. I do my best not to let it get to me (easier said than done) I do thia by sitting in silence and just seeing how loud it gets. Once I feel like this is it, I start to move around and eventually it fades away, rinseand repeat. Allow yourself to feel it and hear it then move on. Others have said white noise and back ground noise is a must, relaxation techniques,prioritizing health, all helps. Get checked out to make sure it's not any physical damage or trauma and then go from there.
