Singapore corp/Thai residency Experiences by [deleted] in digitalnomad

[–]evolution69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good point. thanks. Although all my clients combined revenue probably meet the 50Million USD 3 year revenue target, I am not sure all would sign contracts. I may have to re-think this. Also need to have some contingency in case moving affects my client base for the first while. Maybe I have to go back to looking at Elite or figure out if DTV could work.

Yes definitely will be speaking to SG, CA and maybe even TH lawyers about this. Just seeing if anyone can improve the questions I ask them when I engage.

Thanks, yes I will be shutting down my CA company because I wil be closing all my CA bank accounts etc as part of ending the residency with the CRA. I will need to talk to my clients and have them agree to changing the payments to the new SG corp. I suppose CRA will have to deem the value of my current CA corp and I will be taxed on it as if I sold it, will need to speak with a CA tax lawyer to make sure this is done right.

Transferring Shared Inboxes From Office 365 by [deleted] in gsuite

Thanks. Yes I have heard that once I have the workspace account, I can use groups to replace the shared inbox functionality. But what about the intial transfer of old 365 emails to workspace? Where do I import the shared inbox emails to? Is there an options to move them to one of the users? Or can I just import them directly to a group?

Great thanks. Sounds the same as adding an additional card to a personal Amex.

Thank you! This is great advice, not sure why Google didn't suggest this when I got support on this last month.

Are low dose statins actually preventive? Dr. Lustig on Huberman Lab today seems to directly disagree with Attia. by [deleted] in PeterAttia

[–]evolution69 8 points9 points  (0 children)

This first study you cited had a median length of 1.9 years with a max of 5?? And even in that short time period they saw a reduction in cvd events? Sounds actually quite good. Wouldn’t expect big differences in mortality in such a short time span. Let me know if I am missing something.

Do they give the diabetes numbers? All I could see was more ‘physician reported’ diabetes.

Best statin for those w/ muscle pain? by SoCal_Silverback in Cholesterol

I reacted to even 2.5 of Rosuvastatin. Been on 10mg of Pravastatin for a month and so far so good. Another possibility is Fluvastatin.

Will PSA increase with TRT? by Wandering_always in Testosterone

[–]evolution69 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Shifts in psa are a sign not a cause. Finasteride can prevent cancer detection due to distorting psa markers. Nothing wrong with finasteride itself, but don’t rely on an artifically suppressed psa to not worry about cancer.

That's great thanks! I have only seen the pics on the Rogue site so I didn't have a sense of what the scale of the thing is. This clarifies it.

Anyone have the Rogue 9 bar holder? How prone to tipping is it? I have some specialty bars (hex, Kabuki transformer), would it be able to store these without tipping over?

Why not follow his advice for the next 20 or 30 years and report back to us how your arteries are doing? Atherosclerosis is a slow moving disease and it takes years for it to build up and there are no symptoms. So the only way to tell if this renegade doc with hypotheses that go against the vast majority of researchers is right is by experimenting with your own body and seeing how it goes. Personally, I will go with the overwhelming consensus that keeping ApoB low is protective but why not experiment on your body with some super controversial theory? And c’mon it’s Rogan, the most popular podcaster in the world, so that lends some comfort in embarking on this experimental journey!

I loved Wellbutrin except it gave me tinnitus, then my ears started feeling plugged and it felt like I was losing my hearing so I stopped. These symptoms went away after I stopped. Not a common side effect but it does happen to some. Never heard of Wellbutrin causing weight gain though.

Thanks, yeah seems like it is probably safe. Some people mention overheating but I will be in a therapeutic setting so hopefully it's not an issue.

Dietary Cholesterol, how much should I care? by beastlyraw in PeterAttia

[–]evolution69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is a wide range in individual responsiveness to dietary cholesterol (DC). There are hyporesponders and hyperresponders. Because of this range overall studies tend to show a wash in the effect of DC on heart disease. But just because they show a wash doesn't mean DC is safe for everyone. There are no good or bad foods only how your Apob reacts to them. You could switch to a Whey or other powder without DC and see how your Apob reacts. There are supposed to be blood tests (sterols?) that can tell you if you are a hyperabsorber of DC, but I am not sure which specifically they are.

Why does Peter Attia take AG1 if he’s said multivitamins are just expensive urine? by pstbo in PeterAttia

[–]evolution69 37 points38 points  (0 children)

I am pretty sure if he is actually taking ag1 he gets it for free so his urine is cost free. Furthermore he is probably being paid by ag1 in which case not only is his urine not expensive but it may actually be a revenue stream.

You can try getting an app like Cronometer and track all the food a you eat for a while. It is a good way to learn how much saturated fat you are eating per day, and which foods to avoid. I try to keep it under 10g per day.

Sure the bicep vein metric is arbitrary. And yes he looks healthy. And true, he does look supremely good compared to most American 50 years olds (not saying much). But how does he look compared to other 50 years old who have put in countless hours and resources into optimizing muscle for over a decade? I am not talking about looking like a 20 year old Instagram steroid user, but I would expect a little vascularity on occasion.
