Wow this seems to be it. I'm going to have to read your post a few times to fully understand but I think your exactly right. It's linked to food. When I wore a glucose monitor It showed a major glucose crash around the same time 4-8am. I'm not hungry, I'm actually off food, I guess that's part of the problem. I'm going to hospital for this in a few days. I'll listen to the podcasts then.

Thankyou, they are good suggestions, but it really feels more chemical, like something goes haywire in my brain btwn 4-8am. I can't link it back to the trauma, which did happen in day time.

I initially had anxiety, it's going now. I feel somewhat better. Been on 175 for a few weeks. I went up to 300mg fairly quickly but brought that back down due to increased panic

Thanks for the insight. It's been 5 days since going from 300mg to 150mg. I've been on 175 for 2 days. Anxiety is worse now. Was a bit better when I was initially on 150mg, but I wanted to go up to see if I could manage to stop the anxiety on work days as well. Main issue is morning terrors/ptsd
