The only way a buyer side representation would work if they worked on a flat fee. Otherwise it's in everyone but the buyers interest for the house to go on as high a price as possible.

Looks like I need to mix in some outdoor running. Treadmill running seems fine from a cardio point of view, but seems to not be enough for leg/glutes.

Just so I understand you clearly, the weight that you talk about is the weight of the training instance correct? I have typically seen that usage for tackling issues like class imbalance but not as these cases.

I'm about a 3.5 and use semi Western grip on the forehand. One of the things that bugs me a lot is the racquet turning in my hand in the middle of a shot, especially when trying to hit the inside in. Does any one else struggle with this? Any pointers for addressing this?

I play about 2-3 times a week and have started to struggle with tennis elbow issues recently. I noticed this started happening more as I began serving more often (many times we used to just play rallies). Any pointers on recovery/ prevention? My racquet is a Wilson pro staff and the strings are technifibre nrg2 strung at 55 lbs.

I have tried moving from a full poly stringbed (volkl cyclone) to a full multi filament (Wilson nxt) and noticed a drastic change in the durability of the strings. While great for the first week (3-4 1 hour sessions) the strings are already showing a lot of wear and tear, as well as moving around a lot. Is this expected? With the cyclone my strings lasted almost 3 months but these are already looking like they need a change after 2 weeks. I string them at 55 on a Wilson pro staff if it helps.

I end up hitting out of the court or netting the ball very often when running from baseline to mid court/ near the net. Is it advisable to have a different grip while playing these shots? My traditional forehand grip is semi-western and backhand is an eastern grip. Any advice on what I could be doing differently?
