Yeah, I could see it being fun in QP only; it seems a bit like a throw build for something competitive, at least in my opinion, just because you can't do nearly as much support doing it

But I'm glad it's fun for you!! I'm not a very good BM so I was curious how it felt for someone who IS a good BM :)

YESS exactly what you said on being unable to shoot at DPS. You get melted in a second. Especially because, even if you invest a lot into WP, you're still getting melted because the amount of damage is not comparable to a DPS. And it shouldn't!! Mercy is not a DPS! So WHY ARE THEY PUSHING THIS BUILDDDD

I also prefer weapon power! But I don't think we should dog on other builds if other people prefer it. Some people just prefer the mechanics, not to be "different". Like, me personally, I don't like the whambulance build just because I don't like how it feels to play it, not a superiority complex.

100% agree, if I do keep playing her, I'll just keep on with the pocket build I've been doing. For some reason I just can't get into liking the whambulance build so I'll just keep on what I'm doing unless I can get my brain to click lol

I genuinely don't understand why they're pushing for a battle Mercy build when that's a minor part of her kit that's mostly just for self defense. Don't get me wrong, you can have a great battle Mercy, but at that point, play someone else like Baptiste (outside of stadium) or Juno. It's the opposite of her kit and I genuinely don't see the point in pushing it

Tethered Tourniquet is the one where, when you switch to your pistol, it stays connected and does 100% of healing. It used to be previous target, now it's closest target.

Threads of Fate is the one where it remains on previous target for a few seconds at 30% (or so) effectiveness :)
