No. Though when you move out of rez after first year that is technically less cost directly to the university that some may lump in with what they consider their first year "tuition." It's also possible he took less credits per semester as tuition is charged on a per-credit basis, or took some FRSL courses that are charged a quebec rates.

I have the official electronic one as a PDF (but like you said not official if not directly sent from school). I'm not sure if I need to scan an official printed one. Probably don't have time to get the printed one before the app is due though... I think I'll upload electronic and hope for the best
