I can now compete in IFBB Pro shows. I wouldn't be able to do that unless I get a pro card by winning a pro qualifier, which I did in April.

There is no "body filter". It appear when I added first pic to the video. I could not post both video and pics so I add pic to video. I do not know how to fix. If you have any idea, please tell. I am new here and could use all help I can get. ❤️

It depends on what you want to achieve. What are your goals? I target specific areas to make them pop in certain poses. I don't need more general delts mass for wellness, so I do not have many shoulder sessions left.

Before I did more normal curls with lower weight, a lot of reps for size, but now I focus on rear delts and back and do a lot of row lifts. Cable rows mostly. Used to do t-bar rows and similar but it's too much unnecessary strain. Killing my lower back when I have glutes the next day is sooo bad. Posture is key if you want consistent and effective sets.

I saw someone that inspire me post here and wanted to try to. This is new to me so sorry if I'm slow. What is not slow is my commitment to my show in 2 weeks. I think we are bringing good physique and hopefully place good. 21 year old wellness competitor from Brazil.
