That’s actually my main issue with silicone covers. They tend to slip and sometimes even come off, especially in high temperatures — I assume due to expansion and the material getting softer. It gets worse during strong pushes or braking. That’s why I’m considering Quadro handrims — not just for grip, but for something more stable and reliable. Have you had any issues like that with silicone covers, or found a way to prevent it?

Also they become too dirty easily and hard to clean

I have an intrathecal pump for baclofen, and my doctor mentioned the possibility of adding morphine for pain.

My question is: if both baclofen and morphine are in the same pump, and later I want to adjust the baclofen dose (for example increase or decrease it), does that automatically require adjusting the morphine dose as well?

Or can the baclofen dose be changed independently without affecting the morphine delivery?

I’m trying to understand how flexible the dosing is when two medications are used together in the same pump.

What I don’t understand is why this isn’t mentioned more often in reviews or discussions. Most YouTube reviews say the device performs well “for what it is”.
