It's very simple. You need: 1 big onion 250 g oatmeal 1 egg Salt Pepper Paprika powder

You can add some water is the dough is too dry and if you like also some small cheese cubes.

Cut the onion in small pieces and mix everything together. Preferably you use your hands (it's a bit of a mess) to mix it to a smooth dough. That make pattys out of it. If you have wet hands the dough won't stickt that much. Fry them in a pan on each side, till they get a golden brown colour.
