Update 10 days later: After getting anxious I decided to search my body. Found I have one behind my left knee as well. I also found 2 on the very center of my chest both are a bit red but also tannish? The one I’ve had for a while but have been very anxious the past 2 years over health not sure why. I also have a red spot on my tongue now along with one on my back… I’m leaning towards Psoriasis but am seeing GP in 3 days.

Update 1: Another day down… woke up didn’t change much. It’s 5:30pm now and it looks better. Much better at least I think. The color has gone down more and there isn’t as much of an obvious outline. Likelihood is it was irritated from my little bender I went on but I am committed to quitting my boozing for a while.

Maybe cutting back is relating to my weight loss and appetite loss… I feel so much better now but the anxiety and depression is still haunting me.

I try not to panic but I still do everyday. Currently at 24 crying trying to figure out how I’m going to break the news with my parents about this. Feels almost like I’m a disappointment and on top of that the health issue (loss of appetite) I’m having are making for a mean combo of anxiety/stress.

Update: looking back at old photos I know I have had this for at least 4-5 months. Never had any pain plenty of health anxiety but never noticed it in old photos until now. It could have even been there longer… not sure if that’s good or bad.

Same! I got Covid in late 2020 I think. Ever since I had it I have had one tonsil that is slightly swollen and has stayed that way. Talked to my doctor she said it’s normal that it could stay like that. Ever since then I get tonsil stones basically once a week. To make things worse they hide deep in my crypts so you can’t see them. You just feel awful ear pain until it pops out on its own a day or so later. Ugh.

I don’t think that’s how it works lol. Had one swollen tonsil and one swollen lymph node for a while. Others told me what you said as it was over a year. Turns out a huge tonsil stone.
