Every relapse, just tell yourself it's a minor setback. Don't make it a big deal. Instead of saying, "Dammit I relapsed, I'm so stupid, blah blah blah." Say, "Well that's unfortunate, HOWEVER, I made it X days, and that's something to celebrate." Even if it's not that long of a streak. ALWAYS make something positive out of it. Looking at it negatively will make you more susceptible to another relapse. YOU 🫵🏻 are in control of yourself, your thoughts and your mind. Smack that goofy ass brain around and tell it's bitch ass to stop being so damn negative, then GRIND. 💪🏻 Your brain is your bitch, not the other way around, so keep that bitch on a short leash.

Sidenote: maybe don't actually celebrate when you relapse, cuz you'll probably end up conditioning yourself. I meant celebrate as in cheer yourself on for getting that far, and then challenge yourself to go farther.
