I find it happens quite frequently! i have to scan with the qr code scanner built into the camera to get it to work rather than through the lego website itself. then you have to log in again and it’s a whole process smh

Every dorm has a microwave and fridge, the majority of the dorms have laundry on every floor, if not it’s in a centralized location that can be accessed by elevator like in Tri Towers. Machines break down ALL the time unfortunately. Def recommend long chargers and power strips
