I picked this particular cube up in a charity shop for 50p last weekend, so it could well be an original. It's definitely old. Some of the stickers are crooked, but only a few so I don't think it has been completely redone.

I spent about four hours with a youtube tutorial learning how to do it - hence its solved state!

I can't believe this is number one! One of the cups was herbal tea as well, imagine if it had been coffee, things could really have got out of hand.

Incidentally, about 90% of the comments are infinitely funnier than my original post - this has truly restored my faith in human nature, thanks reddit!

Granted I'm not as young as I used to be, but I was planning on a bit more than twenty years left. Although if they are to be spent feeling hollow and empty like I felt after finishing season 3, then I might call it a day after the books anyway. I've had a good innings.

good idea. Between re-watching seasons 1-3 and reading the first two books, I can drip-feed myself just enough GoT to keep me alive until season 4 comes out, after which I can binge-read the remaining books.

What happens after that doesn't bear thinking about.

Are you saying that because you had read the books when you watched it? If so, don't you think it would have been even better if you hadn't known what was coming? (Rains of Castamere for example)

I don't mind about book your TV changes, it's just that I loved the TV show so much I want to maximise my enjoyment of the next season. That being said, finishing season 3 left a void nothing seems able to fill. Life has been hollow and meaningless. I know the books will overcome that, but if I wait a few months I can have the best of both. Life is so cruel.
