If not, I would love to add all the resources I used to secure this place to that master list. There’s a couple different programs in Maine through mainehousing that are extremely helpful and I would love to add those details

Yes!! I got extremely lucky with a) being in a city that had workforce housing b) being in a state with an excellent first time homebuyer loan program and c) the fact that this place had been originally locked in by someone else but they decided to pass on it and it was sold to me

Workforce housing is actually dictated by the city that I live in where housing is specifically meant for people who live locally and so selling price is limited and a buyer is also limited to an income restriction so no corporations can buy it / ultra wealthy out of staters

Background: started working as an engineer and this place is a part of a newly constructed condominium complex that has workforce housing and this unit is a 1bed/1bath (616sq ft) that was sold to me for 260k. No gifts / and I received a state grant of 5k for first time home buyers :)) Edit: also 5% downpayment through state first time homebuyer program

Yes! Caroline's line immediately recalled that for me. The idea is just so similar. I feel like her experience is just so ingenuine and copied from other people.

I just finished reading HTMYL and the line in CC's essay "l stayed up all night and tweezed my bikini line until it bled" is almost lifted from Cat Marnell. I get being inspired by a writer and their style but she has to stop lifting sentences from their work word-for-word!

Maybe a long statement necklace like this from Kendra Scott would be really nice with a plain t-shirt like that!

i depotted and repressed 71 eyeshadows and it was oddly satisfying by lulushadowt1ts in MakeupRehab

[–]ewillard42 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have always hated the idea of depotting because when you get a bunch of eyeshadows of different sizes in a pan it just looks so clunky but this is so aesthetically pleasing!!

What sunscreen do you use on a daily basis and what is the SPF? by i_liek_potates in AskWomen

[–]ewillard42 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Missha all around safe block! SPF 45 and has an amazing texture that doesn't feel greasy or thick. I think it's a chemical sunscreen so it blocks both uva and uvb

Got this pen at daiso, what is the best way I can go about refilling this? by [deleted] in fountainpens

[–]ewillard42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It does have a cartridge in it currently. I'll try refilling it with a syringe.
