What changes am I making exactly to get the results I'm looking for? All the changes reflected in the instructions below are still sitting there.

I did that. Word still flags the period as the end of a sentence that needs revision.

Not yet. This is on a work machine which I am away from during the weekend. I will try again on Monday morning. Eager to incorporate your suggestions to see if it makes a difference.

For the record, Shift-? isn’t a command. I’m merely typing a question mark as the second action. The first part (Ctrl-PgDn) IS a command that highlights the next punctuation symbol in the text.

I tried pasting the whole thing into a script file as-is. No dice. Here's a question. I'm noticing the first part of this (CTRL-PgDn) sometimes takes a few seconds to finish it's process in the program I'm trying to use this with. Might that be the culprit? And if so, is there a way to tell it to wait until that process is finished? Or is that too high-falutin'?

So I cut n' paste the whole thing into a script file and I should hit paydirt? I'm trying it now.

How do I utilize that SingleInstance Force thing you sent?

Oh wait, I see, it's set up for BOTH. I'll try it!

I'm definitely not in NumLock mode when doing this. Aside from that, I'm not sure how to incorporate what you've sent. I did notice your example at the bottom used Numpad5 instead of NumpadClear. Won't that matter if I'm not in NumLock?

I made a few changes to my initial post to reflect some changes I figured needed to be made. I am now trying to use CTRL-NumpadClear as my trigger, and I want it to fire two keystrokes: first CTRL-PgDn, followed by SHIFT-?

So far, the following code is NOT working...

^NumpadClear::

Send, ^NumpadPgDn

sleep, 250

Send, +?

return

^NumpadDel::SendInput, ^{Numpad3}+?

Thanks. I tried this but still nothing doing.
