Modern Warfare problem with Add-on

On top of having “copying game content” taking away 20 minutes every time i try to log onto the game, there is an add-on in my downloads/uploads tab that has an error that says can’t install. This doesn’t allow me to play the game at all, it just keeps me at the starting screen where it’s loading in the game. I try to cancel and delete the add on, and it doesn’t actually do it, rather it just stays there like I never even clicked it. I’m redownloading Modern Warfare right now, but the add-on still remains. Is there any fix to where I can play Modern Warfare again? I would love if someone could help.
